Terms of Use

Plain rules for a free tool and its optional paid plans. Please read them once; they are shorter than they look.

Last updated October 23, 2026

Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and the SizePort team (“SizePort”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you use sizeport.com, its image tools, the blog and the optional account. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use SizePort.

How we handle personal information is explained separately in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

What we offer

SizePort gives you free tools to resize, compress, convert and crop images, make passport and ID photos, create PDFs and remove or change backgrounds. The tools run in your own browser. We also publish guides on our blog, and offer a free account for saving presets and keeping a history.

The tools are free and paid for by advertising. We also offer, or are preparing, optional paid plans and purchases with extra features, described on the pricing page. A paid plan never takes away anything that is free. We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we may change, pause or retire any tool or feature, and we cannot promise it will always be online. Some features need a modern browser, and some, such as background removal, work better on newer devices.

Your photos and files

Your photos stay yours. They are processed on your device and are never uploaded to us, so we claim no rights to them and keep no copies. Because they never reach us, we also cannot recover a file you lose. Keep your originals until you are happy with the result.

You are responsible for the images you edit. Only use pictures you have the right to use, and respect the privacy of anyone who appears in them. If you edit a photo of someone else, make sure they are happy for you to do so.

Official photos and forms

Our presets for passports, visas, ID cards, exam forms and job portals are based on published requirements. Those rules change, they differ between offices, and they are often stricter than size alone: pose, lighting, glasses, expression and photo age can all matter. The final decision always belongs to the authority that receives your photo.

So please check the current official requirements before you submit anything, especially for passports and visas. We are not responsible if an application is delayed or a photo is rejected, apart from the Passport Pro guarantee described in our Refund Policy. If you notice that one of our presets is out of date, tell us and we will fix it.

Your account

You do not need an account to use the tools. If you create one, give us a real email address you can access, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account. One person, one account: please do not share it or create accounts in bulk.

To create an account you must be at least 13 in the United States, at least 16 in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, and at least 18 in India, unless a parent or guardian agrees for you where the law allows it. You can delete your account whenever you like from Settings.

Paid plans are optional. The current plans and prices are always on the pricing page.

Our order process is run by our online reseller, Creem. Creem is the merchant of record for all our orders: it takes your payment, charges tax where it applies and issues your receipt, under its own terms. We never see your full card number. Prices are shown before you pay, are charged in US dollars and include tax where the law requires it. If your card uses another currency, your bank converts the charge at its own rate and may add a fee; any local amounts we show are only a guide.

Before the payment page opens, you tick a box to ask for your purchase to start straight away, so you can use it as soon as you have paid. You then lose your right to cancel for what you use: each HD credit once it is used, and Passport Pro once you download a final photo. If you cancel Pro or a pass within 14 days, you may pay for the part you have used. After you pay, we email you the words you agreed to. Our Refund Policy still applies, and where it gives you more, you get more.

  • Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account. The plan then stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
  • One time passes, offered in some countries instead of monthly plans, are paid once, last for the period stated and never renew on their own.
  • Passport Pro is a one time purchase per person, or per family pack of up to 5 people, and comes with the guarantee described in our Refund Policy. You activate each person in your account by typing their name as it is on the passport. From then, that person has 60 days, 10 full checks and 3 final downloads, for any supported passport or visa photo of that same person. Each person in a pack must be activated within 12 months of buying, and a person included with Pro within that paid year.
  • Credits pay for HD results from our AI tools: one credit is one HD result. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not expire while the service runs.

An HD result is one download of one AI result at full resolution. Downloading the same result again during the same visit is free; another photo or other settings is a new HD result. Free monthly allowances count per calendar month in UTC and do not carry over. Pro includes unlimited HD for your own work, within fair use of 1,000 HD results a month, and a Pro account can be signed in on up to 3 devices at once: signing in on another one signs out the oldest.

If we change the price of a plan, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first. A plan is for the person who bought it, or for the number of people it states. Please do not share your account to get around that.

Some plans have lower prices for people who live in certain countries, as shown on the pricing page. Those prices are only for residents of those countries. We may check your billing country, and if it does not match, we may cancel the purchase and refund it in full. Every country in the European Union pays the same price.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If we stop offering a paid feature you have paid for, we will refund the unused part of your plan or your unused credits. If you break these terms, we may end a paid plan early, but we will refund the unused part unless the law allows otherwise.

Things you must not do

Use SizePort for lawful purposes and in good faith. In particular, you must not:

  • use the tools to forge, alter or fake identity documents, official photos or certificates, or to deceive any authority or employer
  • create or edit images that are illegal, that sexualise minors, or that harass, threaten or defame anyone
  • use other people’s photos in a way that breaks their privacy or copyright
  • remove watermarks, credits or other copyright information from images you do not own or do not have permission to edit
  • try to get into accounts, servers or data that are not yours, or test our security without our written permission
  • overload the site, scrape it in bulk, or run automated tools against it in a way that harms the service for others
  • copy, resell or frame the service, or present it as your own
  • interfere with the ads, for example by clicking them in bulk or with software
  • break any law that applies to you

If you find a security problem, please report it to us privately instead of using it. We are grateful for that kind of help.

Writing for the blog

This part applies to people we invite to write for the blog. You keep the copyright in what you write. By submitting an article, image or other material, you give SizePort a worldwide, free, non exclusive licence to publish, edit for length and clarity, format, translate, promote and keep it on the site, including after you leave the team. You confirm that the work is your own or that you have permission to use it, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights. Editors decide what is published and may change or remove content at any time.

Our content and software

The SizePort name and logo, the design of the site, our guides and page text, and our software belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You may share links to any page and quote short passages with a link back. Please do not copy whole articles or pages.

Some parts of the site are built on open source software and open AI models, including the background removal model. Those parts remain under their own licences, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licences.

Ads and other websites

The site shows ads, mostly through Google AdSense. We do not choose each ad and we do not endorse the products in them. Our guides sometimes link to other websites, such as government pages with photo requirements. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those sites.

No guarantees

SizePort is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to make the tools accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that they will be free of errors, that a result will meet a particular requirement, or that the site will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, SizePort is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed deadline, a rejected application, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to one hundred US dollars, or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months if that is more. If you use only the free tools, that second amount is zero.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, you also keep every right that the consumer laws of your country give you.

If someone makes a claim against us

If you break these terms or the law while using SizePort, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim, including legal fees. This does not apply where the law does not allow it, or to the extent the claim was our own fault.

Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account, remove content or block access if someone breaks these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. You can stop using SizePort and delete your account at any time. The sections on our content, guarantees, liability, claims and governing law continue to apply after that.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If a change matters to account holders, we will email them before it takes effect. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms. If you do not, you can delete your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and its courts deal with any dispute about them. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Before going to court, please contact us. Most problems can be sorted out with an email.

The rest

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about SizePort. If a court finds that part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a rule straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms to someone else. We may transfer ours if SizePort is sold or reorganised, and we will tell account holders if that happens.
