About SizePort
Photos sized right for every form, portal and post.
SizePort started with a simple frustration: getting one photo accepted by one online form should not take an hour. Portals ask for a passport photo at exactly 3.5 x 4.5 cm, a signature under 20 KB or a JPG instead of a PNG, and most tools either guess, add a watermark or ask you to upload private documents to a stranger's server.
What we build
We build 126 focused tools, each set up for one job. Open Compress to 20KB and the target is already set. Open the passport photo maker, pick your country, and the size, background and file limit follow.
- Resize to ID, print and social media sizes, or any size in cm, inches, pixels or percent.
- Compress to the exact KB or MB limit a form sets.
- Convert between JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, HEIC and PDF.
- Edit: crop, remove or change backgrounds, and make passport photos with a print sheet.
Your photos stay on your device
Every tool runs in your browser. Resizing, compression, conversion and even background removal happen with your device's own processor, so your images are never uploaded to us. An optional account stores your settings, a history of file sizes and any purchases, never the photos themselves.
Who we are
SizePort is made by a small team based in Pakistan that builds and maintains the tools and writes the guides. We focus on the forms our visitors fill in most: passport and visa applications, exam registrations and job portals in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the UK and the US.
How we check photo rules
Most of our pages state a rule: a photo size, a background color, a KB range or a DPI. Each of those is checked before it goes live, in the same way:
- Official sources only. We take rules from the issuing office: government passport sites such as GOV.UK and the U.S. Department of State, the exam board's own notice, or the PAN portals. Blogs and other tools are never a source.
- A date on every page. Each tool page ends with "How we checked this page": the date it was checked, how the tool works and links to the official sources.
- Tested output. Before a tool goes live we run sample photos through it and check the result: the pixel size, the file size in KB, the DPI and, for print sheets, the layout.
- Re-checked when rules change. Exam boards publish new notices every year and offices update their guidance. When they do, we update the page and its date.
Corrections
If a page says something that no longer matches the official rule, please tell us and include the link to the source. We check it, fix the page and update its date.
What we are not
SizePort is not affiliated with any government, passport office, embassy or exam board. Our tools make sure your photo has the right size, file size and background, but the office that receives it always makes the final decision, so read your own form's instructions before you submit.
Free, and kept that way by ads
The tools are free with no watermark and no limits on how often you use them. Ads pay for the servers and the time spent keeping country rules up to date. We place them away from the tools themselves so they never get in your way. Optional paid plans add extras such as HD results from our AI tools and the Passport Pro guarantee; every free tool stays free, at full quality.
