Will the free tools stay free?

Yes. Every tool you can use today stays free, at full quality, with no daily limit. The paid plans add things on top: more photos at once, whole folders, no ads, the passport photo check and HD results from the AI upscaler.

Which plan do I need?

For one photo for one form, the free tools are enough. For a US or UK passport, a US visa, an India e-Visa or an OCI card, Passport Pro checks the photo against the official rules and refunds you if the office rejects it. If you resize, compress or watermark photos every week, for a shop, a studio or an office, Pro does a whole folder at once.

What does Pro include?

500 photos at once, whole folders with the folders kept in the ZIP, renaming every file, watermarking whole batches, saved presets that run on a whole folder, no ads and unlimited HD from the AI upscaler. The yearly plan and the 12 month pass also include Passport Pro for 2 people a year.

What is an HD photo, and how many credits does one use?

The AI upscaler gives a standard result, up to 1024 pixels on the long side, free and without limit: right for chats, social media and websites. HD is the full resolution result, for print and professional use. You get 1 HD photo a month without an account and 3 with a free account. After that, one credit makes one HD photo. Saving the same result again is free, and a photo that fails gives its credit back. Pro needs no credits: HD is unlimited (fair use: 1,000 a month).

Which documents does Passport Pro cover?

US passport, paper application, US passport, online renewal, US visa (DS-160), UK passport, online application, UK passport, paper application, India e-Visa and OCI card. Each one is checked against the rules of the office that issues it. For other documents, the free passport photo maker makes the right size.

Are my photos uploaded if I pay?

No. Paid features run in your browser like the free ones, so your images still never reach our server.

When can I buy?

Now. Choose a plan above and pay on Creem's secure checkout page. What you bought is added to your account as soon as the payment goes through.

How will I pay?

Payments are handled by Creem, our reseller and merchant of record, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Prices are charged in US dollars and include tax where it applies. The local amounts shown are a guide: your bank converts the charge at its own rate and may add a fee. Creem processes the payment, so we never see your card number.

How does the Passport Pro guarantee work?

If a passport or visa office rejects a photo you made with Passport Pro because of the photo itself, such as head size, background, light or shadows, send us the rejection notice and we refund you, or give you a new check if you prefer. The refund policy has the details.

Can I use Pro on more than one device?

Yes, on up to 3 devices signed in at the same time, such as your phone, your laptop and your office computer.

Why are prices lower in some countries?

Prices are lower for people who live in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka, so the plans are fair where incomes are lower. The lower price is for residents of those countries, and the billing country is checked at checkout. Every country in the European Union pays the same price.

Why are some plans one time passes?

In India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka, automatic renewals on local cards often fail for services billed from abroad. A one time pass for 3 or 12 months avoids that, and it never renews on its own. Your card must allow international online payments; you can usually switch that on in your banking app.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the period you paid for. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days; the refund policy has the details.
